Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid features on Naji, including subscriptions, promotions, featured listings, and other digital services.
1. General Rule
Payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered, activated, or consumed, except where required by applicable law or platform billing rules.
2. Cases Where Refunds May Be Considered
- Duplicate or accidental multiple charge for the same service.
- Technical failure on our side that prevented service delivery after successful payment.
- Unauthorized transaction, subject to account and payment verification.
3. Cases Usually Not Eligible
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Partial use or completion of a paid feature.
- Account restrictions caused by policy violations.
4. Request Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, unless local law requires a different period.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to info@naji.ng with:
- Registered account email or phone number
- Transaction ID / receipt
- Date and amount paid
- Reason for refund request
6. Store-Billed Purchases
If payment was processed by Google Play or Apple App Store, refund handling may be governed by their billing policies. In such cases, users may need to request refunds directly through the respective store.
7. Processing Timeline
Eligible requests are reviewed and typically processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to provider timelines.
