Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid features on Naji, including subscriptions, promotions, featured listings, and other digital services.

1. General Rule

Payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered, activated, or consumed, except where required by applicable law or platform billing rules.

Eligible requests are reviewed and typically processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to provider timelines.
